I'm seriously contemplating getting a new set of wheels for the scooter and powder coating the front end while I am at it. I'd probably go with a set of 18" DNA Mammoth Spokes in a Diamond Cut and a set of Metzler ME 880's in a blackwall tire. Once I start adding up everything, the numbers start to climb on up there and granted I could save a few hundred by staying with the stock 16" tires and keeping the thin whitewall for now, I am not so sure that's the way to go.
Part of the overall equation will be selling my stock cast wheels, rotors and OEM Dunlops from my 06 Electra Glide Classic. They've basically got 1000 miles on them and are as brand new as can be. That being said, what is a realistic number that I can expect to get for them ?
Thanks

I would like to get rid of my laced wheels
and just put cast wheels back on.

Just go check ebay but beware the prices vary a bunch... Bearing and spacers
already installed help the sale sometimes and of course all of our wheels are mint condition right ? I looked at selling mine and with no job i can use the money but i changed my mind for now..
What year scoot and such. Just to give ya an idea I picked up off of ebay '09 front and rear rims/tires brand new take offs of FLHX with bearingss for $400. Tough to answer.
Kevin, I'm in Orlando until Friday night for work related Special Ops training.
Once I get back home, I'll shoot some pics and get you a price on them.
