Problem with 4th Gen IPOD
Hooked up my new 4th generation IPOD to my aftermarket Sony stereo and found it doesn't work! Checked my daughter's 3rd and 2nd Generation and they work great. Just installed the Sony Deck a few months ago to replace the HK and planned on having some great tunes with my 4th gen IPOD. Anyone know why the latest IPOD isn't working with the Sony Decks? When I plug it in, it shows "reading" on the Sony display for a few seconds and then indicates "IPOD Communication Error". I tried it with a friends 4th Gen and it does the same thing. If no fix is available, I guess I'll try to find an older IPOD!

I do remember seeing somewhere that the 4th gen ipods were not compatible with a head unit that I was considering, but I can't remember if it was Sony or Pioneer...
