GF gave me a Nuvi 200W for Xmas. Trying to decide how I want to mount it....handlebars or fuel tank cover. Im thinking the 'voice commands' are going to be 'mute'....otherwise I think it'll be just fine.
I use TomTom 720 with Ram mount, works a treat and no problems - so far and hopefully ever.
Love the 720 because...It has an ipod control interface which nice big buttons that works a treat, also you can put a monster SD card in there and it works a treat as an MP3 player if you don't want to use ipod
And I bought a TomTom Rider! There are some smarter guys here on HDF....
I used a Techmount from eGlideGoodies, but replaced their mounting plate with a modified original TomTom one. I can just see 6 and a half grand over the top of it, so I can rev out my S&S in every gear....

Reason: Added link and extra paragraph.
I use a NUVI 760 with a Ram mount... no problem yet....What vibrations? I like it because the FM modulator plays through the speakers or through my J&M Cb in the headset...

Nuvi 200 here.. using the Ram cradle with a custom mount.. only problem I have...which isnt really a problem.. is the screen washout in the sun. other than that.. I love it... got a power cable from Ebay that lets you charge and use it without going into "computer" mode.. It now turns on by itself when I start the bike...and shuts off when I turn it off.. Sweeeeeeeet.....
