alright, so the King has WWW's on it right now. I'm contemplating the change to BW's but don't know if it's worth the change. I have about 5k on my tires so there's plenty of life left on them.
Here's my photoshop rendering of what the bike will basically look like when I get it back. The only exception is the motor parts will be wrinkle black instead of gloss and the paint will be much more vibrant. ... and many accessories will be added (14" apes, grips, visor covers, possibly a MS batwing later on)

haha.. yeah.. they are a major PITA to keep clean.. that's for sure. I see what you mean about the nice contrast.

I'm changing to BW Dunflop E3s on my '07 RK "fast color". I'm into retro too so either would do and it's time to replace both of my narrow WWs anyway so my decision is a little easier.
