absolutely trade up....if you can keep both do it....but my RKC is a dream....purrs like a kitten, just have to think about a turn and shes already there....mine has ABS with cruise...I love the fact i can now rest my right hand on longer rides....fantastic bike...with you height just add some highway pegs and you have a rolling recliner.....

Question to those guys with 09's what are your thoughts? Any problems? Anything you would change or don't like? I am 6'3" tall and I reckon I will need to do the higher handlebar kit, and, of course, it will need a tuner and pipes. I am interested to hear your opinions. cheers shep.

+1 on proper hand position on throttle...lol....after a 15 year break in riding (accident in 1992 shell shocked me from riding) I was riding a suped up 1200 C XL and had wrist high, when i rolled on the throttle the torque caught off guard and nearly dumped me off the back. was rolling down the street no hands trying to sit back up to grab the bars....looked pretty comical im sure....

With TBW, you definitely need proper throttle hand placement or risk accidentally rolling it on over bumps etc. Most MSF courses teach proper position. (So when you hit a bump or need to just "hang on" that you don't accidentally roll the throttle on).
