mine would bind downshifting at times.mechanic found a piece of gravel in between the shifter and engine.

Also, don't forget to check the heel shifter adjustment. If it's too low it will contact the rubber on the footboard and keep the shifter from going through full travel. You may never notice this if you don't check it visually.

Well at least Vince Curatola knows which bike to ride "Johnny Sacks" just bought a new RK classic about six months ago (in real life) for his birthday. Saw him on Imus in the morning show with Vito and that other jug head that hung himself a few shows ago.

Anyway, back to the original post - thanks for the info sounds like I need some more miles on her to see if it breaks in/wears in.
