Spent the afternoon washing this bagger. Working on replacing this stupid freakin LED that is frenched into the bag. What a PITA. Anyway, this bike was Paul Yaffee's personal bike until he sold to my bud. It's pretty cool for a 2000. Once I get the LED fixed tomorrow I'll be taking it for a spin.
A word to the wise if you live near the ocean keep your bike clean. Nearly all the chrome on this bike is pitted to the point of no return as the owner lives a block from the beach. It was sad for me to see the lack of care and concern for this bike. 'Nuff said.
Sweet Bike but that frenched in "License Plate" is screaming "Ticket me! - Ticket me!" in many parts of the Country, not because it's verticle, but because its partially covered over and in certain States that is a big no-no. In fact here in NJ if you cover any wording at all on the plate or put any tinted material over it as in a smoked or colored transparent protector (other then clear), you are subject to a stop and a ticket.
But the bike sure does look nice... Too bad about the chrome. living one block from the Ocean I guess it's inevitable. I can agree with you but it also sounded like a losing battle.
