Fat Baggers makes a trunk mount. Very nice looking. Has anyone here used it? The rear quick detach is the thing that makes me scratch my head is the rear mounts. They are much farther back than the stock. I know other people on the forum have said they've used them but no details. Does anyone have details?
The advantage of the MB Tour Pak rack is that it uses the same HD mounting hardware that the HD backrest and solo detachabalbe tour pak rack use, rather than the two-up hardware that has the chrome hoops sticking out the back of the rear fender. SkyDoc's TP is vintage HD.
Edit: The original post referenced a tour pak rack from FBI which I mistakenly believed to be the same one sold by Milwaukee Bagger. My mistake.

I just checked MB site and it looks nothing like mine. I know the obvious question is "Is it an FBI" it was shrink wrapped in its package and labeled with an FBI sticker FLH500 model on it? I dont know if its wrong Im gonna be real pissed at the guy on Ebay. I dont want to say his name until I know for sure that I was SCeeewed!

I edited my earlier post; what you have is not the MB tour pak rack; my mistake. I looked at FBI's website under the "products" listings that could be the TP rack and didn't see one. Since I may be "blind," post a link if you can to the FBI rack that you have.
They dont have it listed on their website, but I found this PDF http://www.fatbaggers.com/documents/accessories.pdf It doesnt have a very good picture for the rack. I bought it off ebay from a guy with a store and lots of positive feed back and all that. I am going to try and call FBI on Mon. or maybe tomorrow. Maybe I'll get lucky and find someone in the office.
I couldn't tell from your previous posts/pics whether you have the FBI fat rear fender. I quess you must 'cause the pdf says that's what the rack is for.
Good luck. Hope it works out to your satisfaction.
