This is all great info. I am able to shrink and thumbnail my pics to thread with I-Photo. But when I see some threads they have a full blown pic on the page with good detail. Is this a case were it's not really a pic there, but a hidden tag just automatically importing the pic when you read the thread?

Don't shrink the pic before adding it to photobucket. When you click on the picture in photobucket use the "direct" link. If you use another it won't work. Also, make sure you click the add image (mountain and sun) button and paste the direct link into the box that appears.
