I want to change the color on my gauges. Anyone recommend a place that I can send them to. Just about all after market radios have the blue LED's and want to be able to match it.
In the April issue of "Baggers" magazine there is an article about a company that changes the color of the faces of the gauges (they show a red set). You just send them your gauges and they put new faces on and ship them back. I'm not sure if this is where you are going, or to just change the color of the lights in your gauges. Anyway the company is at www.nuimage1.com
try changing the color of the lights first. you can use colored rubber boots to slip over the bulbs to get the effect you want. if you don't like it, remove the rubber boot.
Just looked at NuImage...Wow...those are some pretty good looking guages! I'm gonna have to follow and see when they get the gauges I want for My SG! thanks for the Info!

I read that article. I think it was only the face plates only. I will check the out again. Thanks

I did this years ago. Auto Meter has the rubber boots for the bulbs, you should ba able to find them at your local parts store or speed shop. They only cost a couple of bucks for a pack of 3 if I remember right.
the boots would work if the gauges use bulbs, but the speedo and tach use leds.....
there was a poster here who changed out the leds to a different color, documented it as he went. you could search for that thread. it was not a super simple swap.
