This is sort of a tech question but here goes. Will 07 HD 6 speed fit 03? Both are on ultras. Is there any difference between tranny hook up on A or B motors?

What is the difference? I have looked and compared, never measured but I can't find any thing that looks different. I am not doubting you it just looks the same.

the 6-speed cruise drive gearset will not fit into the 5-speed case. You can put the SE 6-speed gear set in, or go the Baker (or other after market man.) route, but the late model 6-speeds DO NOT fit in the old 5 speed cases.

Not going with just a gear set. I was wanting to see if the whole tranny would bolt up out of an 07 into my 03
