Ok, here's my 95" build on a 2003 FLHRCI, Thunder Header 2:1, Screamin Eagle air filter, Stage 1 ECU, PowerCommander USB III, 95 inch big bore (HC forged pistons), Andrews TW37G Cams. I had a local guy do the head work on the original stock 03 heads (oversize intake valves, guides, reshape and refinish ports and machine decked- 10.5:1 compression, Cometic .030 head gasket. I dyno'd 86/95 horsepower/torque. Although I totally love the performance compared to stock 88, I wonder if there is anything I can do to get results at the 100/100 range?

I'm not a engine builder but it sounds like you need to put it on a dyno or buy a tts mastertune.
I fitted 103 pistons and Andrews 54h cams only to my 07 flh. With no tune 90/105.

I have virtually the same build except with different cams, my bike dynoed at 97/104 with a Samson 2 into 1 exhaust, I have changed to a LSR 2 into 1 exhaust but haven't rode the bike yet, most tuners I spoke with highly recommend D & D "Fat Cats" for performance. I think the deal on twin cam engines is the heads and who does the work, it seems to make or break the build. I try to not play the numbers game but its hard not to fall into that trap. I do know there is a ton of difference in a stock 88 and a built 95. Good luck, don't let anyone kid you everyone would like to have 100/100 out of their 95".

no offense but:
perhaps your local head guy is a better salesman than "head guy"

pc III
