You could always go visit several Harley Dealers and do a "test ride" from each one! Bring your helmet, look like a buyer, and ride it like ya stole it when you get it out their door!
Thanks guys for the kind words, as I write this my beautiful wife sits next to me on one couch and my daughter is on the other watching the "Hills". It dosn't get any better than this. My daughter is miserable but I think she will be ok. The good news is I was able to get a refund on Hotel res, and can apply Southwest fare to future travel, when I booked with eaglerider they said something about a raincheck if I had to cancel, If that raincheck can transfer to onother one of there locations that would be awsome, don't know yet, don't really care I am over it. Now on to the good stuff, as for plan B you guys are sneeky sneeky bastages, I cant afford the $4000-$5000+++ it will cost me to test ride a new Ultra, my 08 is gonna have to be good enough for a few years. Ask me why I booked with Eaglerider instead of Hog fly and ride, typically the Eaglerider bikes are a year or two old, I am trying to stay off new bikes. Here is my Plan B, I am gonna take the money I would have spent in Vegas and order the Andrews 26 and the V+H headpipes I have been wanting for my 08'. In the mean time it looks like yard work for me.

Steve,
Glad your feeling better and your daughter is on the mend.
I have a very similar situation brewing right now. We have a two week trip planned for Key West from New Hampshire, riding all the way there and back. My wifes daughter, 24, is currantly in the hospital. She has a med history as long as your aerm and this is a very comman thing for us, but always always right before we go anywhere, she ends up in the hospital. We have just over two weeks to get her out, or at least stable so we can go. It just really really deflates the excitement of it all.
I feel your pain

I hope you get to take your trip and I hope she feels better, I live in VA and rode to Laconia in 04 and to Key West in 05. You are gonna do it all in one trip, that is a lot of riding. I hope you get to go because there is no better place than Key West for a "Buffettphan". The next full moon is May 9, if you are anywhere near Islamorada I highly recommend the full moon party at the yatch club there (open to the public) great party. Crap sun is out here and no bike It looks like you guys are stuck with me for a week.
Non refundable but they should be able to let you change the date. I had a similar thing happen to me and they let me float the rental till I was able to use it. It wouldn't hurt to try asking them.
