New tube and maybe a patch/plug in the tire to be safe. Like someone else said you'll have to go to an Indy, H-D dealers will require you to buy a tire. Like they told me "We dont have a work order number to plug a tire". That was 10,000 miles ago when I had my new tire patch/plugged at the local Indy.

I would get a new tire. I have had a few bad expeirences with tires, now I don't mess with them. I change them out in my garage and take them to the Dunlop store and have them balanced for $10.
