09 street glide question ??
my buddy and i bought a couple 09 street glides i have the heavy breather and a set of rush slipons with a 2 inch set of baffels and a remap of the ecm .... he has vance and hines basic slipons a k & n filter and a remap .. my questions is his bike seems to have a more flowing motor . do you guys think i should up the size of my baffels to 2.5 inch it just seems to not flow as well .. i have heard of some people putting a bigger baffel in just the right side to kind of make a 2 into 1 style exhaust .. just looking for some input thanks in advance !!

I would contact Epiflex (makers of Rush pipes) and ask your question. When I bought my FLHX and was contemplating which pipes to go with, I emailed them and asked what the right size baffle would be for a 96" stock engine with the heavy breather. The answer was 1.75 or 2.0 performed the best. So while 2.5 may "flow" better, your tune may not be optimized for that.
