I guess that not being tall does have an advantage or two. I can see how that might be uncomfortable at times, but why not just put on some highway pegs and call it a day? I'm just curious.
yes i will post some pics just as soon as i figure out how to . different strokes for different folks. if touring bikes came with forward controls stock and people put floorboards on some people would ask why. i'm not real tall, 6'ft 34 inseam, i just like being different, doing things that a lot of people don't do, just so they can ask why, or say thats stupid or WTF. hahahaha, anyone know how to post pics?

One advantage to forward controls over highway pegs is you've got your brake and shift lever right where you need them.

Plus, highway pegs put your feet way out there away from the frame.

With the forward controls, I don't need to move them, they're comfortable all the time.
