Default New Wheels with possible problems?

Hope someone can help me out here. I had a new set of wheels and rotors put on my bike about a month ago. I have been about 100 miles or so and I went to clean my wheels tonight and noticed that my front wheel turns very hard. This dosent seem normal. Any thoughts out there? I used the same break pads that I had put on my bike last fall. Seem like the breaks are draging a bit.
Thanks for your help!
Steve

Need more info. Year/Bike. I recently changed over from 07 RKC rear wheel to 08 ultra wheel with rotor (Brembo brakes). The rotor is larger and scraped the caliper. You might have same problem. If so, I'd talk to an Indy and see who they use to machine stuff. It'll probably need to be taken down 2mm or so. Good luck

08 with ABS. Did the same when it was new. Took to one dealer who said it was normal. Took to another dealer who removed the wheel and pushed the pistons back and re-installed. It turned free after that. Haven't checked it lately.....4600 miles on it.
