Painted inner fairing, not color matched

I have a gloss black with silver metal flake inner fairing on my Pewter Pearl SG. I did it on a recommendation from another member here HARLEYPINGMAN. Im glad I did it. With all the chrome/silver, a matched inner fairing would look like crap. It would be too much silver/chrome. The silver metal flake looks spectacular in the sun. I have seen other Pewter Pearl Glides with the color matched fairing and its way too much. One guy even said he wished he had done it like mine.

here's the thing, take your inner and have it cleared (so that it is shiny)... your bike isnt vivid black, so the inner would not have to be painted black to match... if you have a decent painter, he could do it real cheap... if you like it, keep it, if not, get the blue pearl to match
