So for those of you that have highway pegs (think that's what they're called) on your bikes, let me know what you have and what you think of them. I have an 09 Roadglide with the factory crash bars and I am short, so would need pegs that are adjustable. I looked on line at various websites, but don't really know what I'm looking for so thought I would ask you guys.
Most of us don't call them crash bars, for obvious reasons. We call them "engine guards."
I have the Kuryakyn switchblades. The switchblades have a heal rest which I like a lot in addition to the rest for the ball of your foot. And they are adjustable up and down the "engine guard."
Harley short angle brackets and chrome and rubber pegs.
Word to the peeps.
I have the "nice" mounts (can't remember - $50? $75? Stationary mount, two-piece) and the pegs are probably stock XL passenger pegs. Parts guy tossed 'em over the counter at me for nothin'. And they're perfect.
Lemme see if I can get the right header image to come up on my web site...
Whoo hoo! First try...

I put the Kuryakyn Longhorns with Dually ISO pegs on and really like them. A tad bit less expensive that the HD stuff, though I'd say they are similar in design. I like the fact that I can adjust the mounts so that I get a better fit to my needs. I also like the size of the ISO pegs.
Doc CJ is right on. I have the Longhorns ISO's and love em. You can really manipulate them to fit your comfort level. I have them set so if the ***** of my feet are on the peg, I can rest my heels on the floorboard. I can also put the middle of my feet on the pegs or stretch my legs out and put my heels on the top to lounge out for a while. Get them, you won't be disappointed.
Anyone try the HD mustache engine guards if so can you post your thoughts and some pics please. I have short legs and with SE Heavy Breather I'm not having much luck finding something that looks and feels good.
