Pretty full day today. Installed an in the fairing antenna, Flash 2 pass garage door opener and 6 Hogtunes speakers and amp. I installed the Tweeter Pod, replaced the HD speakers in the fairing and installed the Hogtunes fairing lower speakers.
The first two work great, and the Hogtunes setup is just awesome. I can feel the music through my highway pegs, LOL. Had some teens pull up next to me at a stop light and yell, "rock on dude". I think that's a good thing.
The fairing speakers, Tweeter pods, Flash2Pass and antenna went in without a hitch. The fairing lower speakers were a bit more complicated. Pez says to drill a 1/8" hole and then enlarge it with a 5/16" bit to allow the speaker wires to pass into the fairing lowers, but I could not get the large spade connector through the 5/16" hole. I had to enlarge it to 11/32" and it still was a tight fit. The instructions were passable, but it would have been nice to have a few pictures. Thankfully there's a thread on the subject here in this forum with pictures.
