Maybe if I go w/ extended bags and not extensions. If I start being a Big Balla like you GTS, I won't know where to stop. I've gone BIG on a couple of truck installs...thought I'd lay low and just ride the Harley. LOL
But, I did mention in another thread...if you ever just happen to have a pair of pods for SG lowers laying around, hit me up. LOL

Gtsdesigns, wondering if you would be willing to do up a set of lowers for me. Been watching your threads and man you do great work.
I was hoping to get the jl amp in the fairing so I could save bag space.
My intent is to run lowers and 6x9's in the bags, and that would take up enough space. I also use my bags alot and dont want to loose to much.
I have this amp on my bike. Will not fit in the fairing. The biggest one I got to fit was the arc mini 125.4. just so you know also the hd600.4 depends on voltage so if your bike ever gets under 9 volts it might not play at its best you know like parking lot venues. But so far it pushes the hell out of my system. loud clear and ready to roll. The only suck thing is the amp retails at an authorized dealer for 849.99! But it looks sick right!
I have found this amp on several sites and ebay for aprox. 535.00
not a bad price for that amp.

True but becareful where you buy if its not an authorized dealer by jl audio you will have no warranty on the product. It does take up a good amount of space in the bag mainly my right bag is useless but i still pack a sweatshirt, the cd faceplate holder, my ipod, my reg and insurance card, my lic. plate, and a water..lol but thats about it. it looks sick though with the hd name on it. Looks like it was made for harley. I just flipped the jl logo on the face to be right side up and tadda it looks kweell.

ok, run the jl amp, run one pioneer 6x9 (ts-d6902r) in each bag, a set of focal 5.25 (130krc)
in the fairing... and see how you like that, you will be quite amazed if it is adjusted properly... then if ya want more, add more...sky is the limit...
what head unit do you have, i prepaid for the jvc avx77, should be pretty nice when i get the thing, no one has it... but a decent head unit will make a difference too...
