you should have plenty of room in the bag, like this...
True although if he runs the amp in the bag with the 6x9 it gets a little tight I think. +1 on those focals I installed those on a guys bike last week with the arc 125.4 and it really cranked well and held up very well under high power considering they are only a few hundred bucks!

yup, the bag with the amp and one 6x9, mount the 6x9 at the back/rear of the bag, and the amp as close to it as you can... the other bag will have plently of room, i will show picts later, after i get off work in the morning...
Question for you guys with amps/speakers in your bags.
How often do you take your bags off when cleaning/washing the bike?
I wash my bike probably every other week in the summer time and would think it to be a pain to unwire the bag every time unless you're using some sort of quick connect? Also, are you sealing up the hold in the bag to keep water out?

it is done by using quick connects, it takes me about 5 secs to take both bags off
They are the hd liners very stiff. nice quality it gives a nice seal between the speaker ring and the side wall. And also a better damping for the bass I have done so many bags prob. over 50 over the past nine years and never used the liner just dynamat or nothing and after using these liners i will never do another system without them for myself. They help with the freq. quite a bit imo. As for the quick disconnects just like gts said a few seconds mind I have to remove my seat and than disconnect but yeah I usually pull my bags after every weekend ride and before shows I clean it usually the same weekend since we hit local shows and dealer runs I like to always have it clean to show off my attention to detail..=) I can show you this is how I make the harness and than it quick disconnects under the seat and the other end runs up into the front fairing.. heres a few pics..
