The brite side = you are now qualified to ride anywhere in Florida, if you are already in Florida this event is your fault as you should have been watching for the Blue or White hair sticking up through the gap in the steering wheel.
Again very glad you are okay it could have been much worse.
I was driving the kids home from soccer practice yesterday and was about a block from my house when this little old lady turned left into her driveway right in front of me. Never even had a clue I was there. I slammed on the brakes and missed her, but she just drove into her garage, oblivious to the damage she could have caused.
Be careful, there's people trying to kill you out there!
Did he get a ticket? At 85 years old driving like that id find out the court date go in and ask the judge to send him to driver training. He will probably fail but thats a good thing.. Id also get a lawyer and go after his insurance company and tell him its because he hit you and left the scene of the accident and didnt have a clue... Its really time to wake up the insurance company's for insuring OVER AGE drivers.. I hate to be like this but there is a certain age when it seems to become a challenge to drive responsibly.. We all are gonna get there its a fact of life but if we can get the insurance company's and judges to institute a program were just gonna help save lives.. Then we are gonna have to school all the non English speaking taxi and shuttle drivers in FLA but it will work trust me...
