I believe if I smoked I could light a cigar with a match while driving 65 down the interstate. That might be a little overboard but it did make a huge difference.

I concur with most of the opinons here -- they made a significant difference in the buffeting at 60-75 mph. I also have a Jack Flaps vest. Before I put the deflectors on, the boards on the vest would extend. After the deflectors, they don't move -- there is a large dead air zone. When I take the shorty wind screen off, I'll take them off, as well. I've even gotten used to the look.
