This subject kind of reminds me of a poem.
Wise Words of a mad man
Sometimes, life sounds like wise words of a mad man
Often, doing the right thing makes no sense to humanity
We get pushed; we fall but still strive to treat the world right
What is expected from us are ideals of others who can care less
We battle life; trying to fit in a world that has no place of its own
So many words have gone unsaid because of shame or pain
How many times have we turned away from the eyes of sorrow?
Is it ourselves that we run from or do we forget being there before?
Don’t we silence the voices of wisdom thinking that we know best?
How much longer does the world have to pay for our insolence?
Little things we give others are expected to be returned back to us
Priceless things have been broken for the simple pleasure of power
We want to control life but yet, refuse to obey the rules that apply
We love replacing things forgetting that they're all connected somehow
Who are we fooling, refusing to think about what life is all about?
Do we have a plan or are we just walking and failing to look around?
Who is it to blame if we will all just point the finger at each other?
Until the time comes, we all seem to forget the wise words of the mad man
