Other than a diffrent dash, one that is longer, I cannot see it. I have a similar problem on the RG. I would try to adjust your dash. I had a little success with that.
Mine did it after I installed the sundowner seat.I put a tank bra on it to cover it up.I keep it waxed real good under the bra to keep the scratches off.So far no scratches.
