WOW......10 months later, new wiring and same thing? I think I would try and find an Indy familiar with the HD ECM and electronics. Doesn't sound like dealer is in play anymore.
I bet the wiring harness didn't even need to be replaced.
Also the plug that goes in to the induction module I found out the pins on the male plug can get corrosion So try spraying the connector with some anti corrosion
If you think the bikes and cars are advanced beyond the techs abilitys, you should see the systems on a farm tractor! These guys have to go to school every six months just to try to stay ahead of what John Deere has made these tractors into! Technoligy is great and all but you can take anything a little to far.

LOL Fasthoss! Damn, you know it's getting bad when they we'll make a friggin' tractor to complicated to work on!
Hope you get it figured out Pounder and If you don't, sell that glide to a guy that really does like plastic cam chain tensioners, non replacable lifter bodies, hot as hell motors, TBW, FI and all the other new fangled electronic crap and go build a carbed EVO.
Hey Pounder,
My TBW problem seems to be resolved. Just had to have patience. Turns out there were faulty pins on the ECM plug on the wire harness. They just replaced four pins and not the complete harness. seems to be working great so far. The voltage signal from the TGS to the ECM was intermittant causing the codes.
I hope that fixes it for you. My bike was just in the shop for 18 days. Clutch basket, comp sprocket and a few other parts. But with 11k on my 08. Not one TBW issue.
I got the bike with the bad primary. You got the bad TBW. Good luck.
I've had zero trouble with mine, and i've changed my bars and grips out. You might have a short in one of the wires on the harness after you changed yours.
A person who is very close to me had a problem with his ultra. It involved the throttle a couple of times, followed by various front parking light problems, then moved on to turn signal problems. His dealer had been busy patching wires that were broken in the harness, near the steering head. It took about a day and VIOLA no more problems.... The harness may have gotten pinched during the assembly process.
My '09 FLHX is also having TBW problems. Bike would start and idle but no reponse from throttle. Other times as I'm riding it would get stuck at like 3600 rpm's. Very scary. Harley says they aren't aware of any problems(right). The dealership says its beacause after the bike is turned off while the throttle is "zeroing" I am bumping it causing it not zero correctly. I told Harley this is unacceptable. Anyone else having similar issues?
Have 07 with cable with 60K+ on it and 08 just shy off 20K on it with TBW no problems with either one and couple friends also have 08's with over 20K with pull back handle bars and other 40 K no issues at all.
