I looked at swaping my wheel stock wheels for a set of chorme wheels for $700 at a chrome house in corpus.
I looked at buying a new set of HD (made in china) chrome 9 spoke wheels from Zannotti's deliverd for $950.
It made more sence to buy the new wheels from Zanotti and had my rotors polished locally for $165 (all three)....total investment of $1115. I then sold my stock wheels for $300.
my out of pocket costs for NEW HD 9 spokes was $815.
To me buying new for $115 more than swaping was worth it!

I just put a set on my Ultra...SPS CHROME in Florida....paid $600.00....$300. core fee....Awesome wheels!!!, Great customer service!!! Picked up their Chrome rotors at 60.00 each. I highly recommend these guys.
Sounds like they're pretty good. I can personally vouch for ChromeProsPlating exchange program. Actually I sent mine in, and had them chrome my wheels. It's been over three years and I haven't had a chip, peal, or blemish. Love em. And they were $550 for BOTH! I thought that was a great deal.
glad for finding the information on wheels, i've got an 08 streetglide with the ugly black disc wheels, and am gonna be checking with chromepros to find out if i can get a pair of the nine spoke chrome wheels. sure would wake up the looks of my black streetglide. i'm really impressed with the information that this forum gives us. thanks guys.
Mine are exchange from Impress Plating and Polishing. Their service is excellent and the wheels are flawless. Cost $1050 up front, that includes the new bearings installed and two way shipping cost. You get $300 back when they get your original wheels. The same wheels from HD are $549.95 each and you'll need 4 bearings at $60 each, then add the labor for the bearing installs and you're well over $1400. And with Impress Plating warranty they can't be beat.
