I'm looking to find the running lights that look blue when they are off and clear when on, any scene or know the name off these? thanks

 

I have dichloric bulbs in the front turn signals on my '08 FLHX. They look like a blue pearl when off and amber when they are on. Any pep boys, Kragen, etc will have them. Take your stock bulb and match them up. Not sure about the clear ones, but they had red and amber for sure.
