Short answer is yes- you could wire all for speakers in parallell off of the 2 channel amp - (I'm doing this exact same thing on my bike since I'm running 4 speakers in the fairing).
I assume that the 4 speakers you'll be doing is 2 in the fairing and 2 on the tour pac?
FireCap can also hook you up with a ARC 4 channel amp that is just a little bit larger than the 2 channle amp and could drive all 4 on seperate channles.
He's the expert - I'm definitly not - but I'm a damn happy customer and he's worth giving a call to and discuss your options.
Edit - you will definitly want to upgrade all 4 speakers - since the amp solutions he will provide will require better speakers to handle the increased watts being driven - Firecap will have all the details to walk you thru it.
I have an 07 Ultra Classic and bought a Four In Your Face System by Hawg Wired. I see no reason to get 6.5" speakers this system flat out rocks. They maybe a little spendier but I did find this site www.rocknhog.com that gave me a smokin deal on the system. I 've done alot of research and couldn't find a better deal. Another plus is that it was designed for Harley's and doesn't drain the charging system like regular car amps do. Hope this helps.
the digital amps do not strain the charging system, the Alpine PDX 4.150 is the way to go if you don't mind having a amp in the bag -- there will be a noticeable difference with 6.5 speakers

I had the hawg-wired system and while it was quite a bit better that the stock, it's a far cry from the arc amp and 6-1/2" speakers. The 6-1/2" speakers make all the difference in the world.
The hawg-wired system is a real easy, plug and play system and install is painless. I changed my radio when I installed the arc system, and it's not quite a plug and play. Wayne is a real cool guy and is always willing to answer any questions. I used to install high end systems 20 years ago, and I still had to call him more than once, while putting it in my bike. All said and done, it really rocks.......
