Default Good Googely Goo
With 200 plus viewers I decided to post this here. A nice Porterhouse steak coated with olive oil then sprinkled with Tony Chachere's Creole seasoning. Heat skillet on outdoor bbq side burner on high, till hot as HELL Then add 1 tbs butter and 1tbs olive oil to skillet and PUT THE STEAK ON. Cook 2 minutes each side flipping once. Jesus Christ, this steak is awesome!
