They wouldn't come after you for using the logo even if it was a violation of thier trademark unless you were making money off it or damaging thier business in a significant way.

If you like it that much, modify a little like somone said (a big ole cigar in hsi mouth) and put it on the front fairing. More people will be able to enjoy that way since it will be more visible.

A friend of mine painted the m&m's wrapper with the logo and a bunch of m&m's all over the bike and he said that he just couldnt sell the bike to make profit while wearing the logo. But on the other hand I have a friend that wanted to paint his truck with the pixar graphics and he told me he had to send a letter to pixar corparate and had to have pics of his truck- how the logo was going to look- what it was going to be used for-- allot of work but they did approve it sent him a letter back and everything Id say just go for it im sure it wont cause too much of a ruckus i think it would look cool.
