Default new tires

I posted the other day. After getting two new tires on my 07 RKC I found when arriving home that my bike took a lot of push to move. I could hear the front brakes rubbing and ther was a lot of dust.
Called the shop was told to bring bike back in the morning. Rode the 30 miles back to the shop. Owner personally came out, took bike back, 10 minutes later came around and test rode.
I was told that brakes need to reset after tire change. The owner had adjusted the wheel. There appeared no attempt to put bike on a lift and check adjustment.
The bike cold is moving with a minimum of rub, but today had bike up on the slab, brought it up to 70mph, and vibrated down the road. When I got home you could cook an egg on the front right rotor.
I called and left message explaining the problem and letting the dealership know I am pissed.
Any thoughts on what can fix this?
