It should not but make sure with the tech knows this before hand because if it ask him to reflash the system and he does then the program is gone. Can you copy the program in it now to a disk? If so do so just in case. Also where was the dyno done? Do they keep the map? and if so ask them for a copy so you have it just in case anything ever happens to your ecm and you need to reprogram it. Dyno maps that you pay for should be stored in there system or ask them for a copy of the map.
Thanks for the info. I do have a copy of the map and I can reload it if I have to. I will let the tech know ahead of time that I'm running a non-stock map. Thanks again!

Absolutely not. It will only change the ABS parameters of your ECM programming.
