Nice to hear a story of a good dealer. All to often we hear about being screwed by them. I think that this happens because we expect good/great service as normal and seldom say well done, but take advantage of us and we will tell that story forever because we will never forget it.

In my opinion, you should never EVER believe or trust what dealer "techs" have to say on any subject. They are the biggest hacks on the planet!
