So im in the middle of the install and have run into a problem i think. the switch power wire thats connects to the headlight harness. The problem is that i have the hd garage remote to the hi/low beams and I beleave that im already using that connect when the dealer installed it. Can I hook wire up to something else

you can tap it to the same wire.

 

Tap the cigarette litter wire. That's what I did...

A huge plus to doing this is you can run the amp with the ignition in the accessory mode. If it's plugged into the headlight, you can't...

 

can i tap use the cig lighter for temp until i figure out a way to tap into into

thanks got it working for now through the cig lighter. hooked it up to orange wire
