Anybody with Mustang covers tell me how they attach?
I'd like to know the same thing.

Default Mustand lid covers

I just installed a set on my SG. They stretch over the lids very snugly, no velcro. Takes awhile to install them the first time (a hair dryer helps warm them so they stretch easier). They look good. I have had the HD and Ridetek versions before....like these better.

Got any pics of how they look from underneath? I had to epoxy the velcro inside of my lids because of the Kury velcro adhesive sucking. I would like some that I don't have to worry about as much. Hate to get rid of the skulls though.

Default covers

I bought the HD covers for my 09 FLHX and had them on for a month. Then decided to put the new Kuryakyn chrome accent trim on the bags. Of course now my HD covers will not fit over them. Excellent condition and will sell for $50 if you want them. You pay the shipping. Also have the soft lowers for the highway bar that I can't use due to the the fog light install. Make an offer for the package deal.

Have you guys checked out motorcycle armor? I was at a rally last weekend and had it installed on my lids and it covered up the scratches as well as protects them in the future. It's like a clear bra specifically made for the HD bags and best of all it is warrantied for life. Just my two cents.

Got em, love em, and I'm on my second set. Like em so much that I put the cover on my chopped tour pack to match it out. Also put the rack on top of the cover. I just like the protection, and think they look good as well. I routinely take em off to clean, and the lids are like glass underneath after 77,000 miles. One item I really like having. I too service them with Pledge, and they hold up very well.

Steve is this something you can do yourself or has to be professional applied? Love to see pics and know cost?
