Default Lid covers

From those who have the HD saddlebag lid covers, what do you like and dislike. For 90 bucks are they worth it? Thanks, *****

Tom from http://harleygoodies.com/ here. If you regularly hit the top of the bags with your foot, then I'd say they are worth it. There is nothing special about them, and they have the regular HD markup, but they do serve a purpose. Also, if your old lady rides with you a lot, they keep her boot marks off of the bags.

Regards,
Tom

I like them. If you are going to get them, now is the time! Much easier to put on in the summer heat!

I like mine alot. Went on a road trip without them and my lids got all scratched up. I even got an big deep scratch from some Jack@&& in Sedona parked next to me. I keep them on all the time now and I treat them with Lemon Pledge when I wipe my scoot down. I bough the H-D ones.

Not to hijack the thread but does anyone have the cover with the storage bags on them from Drag Specilties, and would they work on a Ultra?
