Default RKC front fork lowering kit question......

Got the forks off the bike and am doing the chrome lowers, finally. I'm considering putting in the lowering kit, but I don't want to sacrifice any comfort, or drag the boards anymore than I do now. What's the general consensus of how much of a difference the kit makes on actual lowering and handling characteristics?

Are they worth the money? Do they make a worthwhile difference?

I went with the progressive front. and flhx rear shocks on my road king. I found the full 2" drop on the progressive was too soft and too rough. I cut the spacers to 1 1/8" and love the ridr quality and feel. I am 300 lb. and yes that does factor in greatly.

Yeah, I already have the profile lowering rear shocks, just wondering if the front end lowering kit is what I'd really want. Most of my riding is 2 up, if that matters.

i think your bike sits perfect now. why lose the ground clearance and risk hitting your fender? i doubt it will ride any better lowered thats for sure.
