Hey,
Have anyone used these maps, and how good were they? I have a 06 street glide, and about to pu on V&H classic slipons, AR Big sucker, and a SERT. I know the base MAP will be ok, but wanted something more custom to my bike.......
For the prices they are asking, I'd just get a good dyno tune. You don't know if THEIR maps will work on YOUR bike. You might be playing trial and error, and at $69 each that could get very expensive. A friend of mine has a SE Road Glide that he just put a PCIII on. We tried every map offered and none worked properly, even the one that listed his exact setup. Spent parts of 3 days loading maps and testing. Luckily the PCIII maps didn't cost anything. He ended up having it dyno tuned.
Depending on what you have that you need a map for, most people around here would be more then willing to give you a map for free, so why pay $69.00 for one that you do not even know if it will work.
I spoke to them, and had 3 different people on the phone before they said they could help. They said they would call me back, and have a Map for my 06 EGC withe SERT and Wild Pigs Only. That was October 05--never heard back.
I have a 2003 HD Ultra Classic with 95" kit; stock cams; Samson fish tail slip-ons; SE Air filter. Does anyone have a PCIII USB MAP for my configuration? I just got my PC III and trying to decide what MAP to use. Thanks.
