Would anyone mind posting a pick of one on the bike from the front that has some kind of color to it so we can see how high it comes up. I looking at their 7" granite black thinking it may give a good look better than solid clear and still function.

The one bike is a Honda Shadow and he got a narrow quick detach setup.
The other is a V-Star custom with the Memphis Fats with gradient black , non quick setup.
The quality is very good and the price was very good also.
MS shows the shield thickness at .185" for our bikes , so I thought I'd try one.
I don't know if the gradient will totally cover the pouch from the front , but it has to look better than it does now.
Post a pic when you're done and I'll do the same , as we have the same bike......
I should have mine Wednesday next week.
Mick
Thanks Mick- we do have the same bike so really looking forward to seeing what it looks like on yours!

Don't want gradient and really not another clear one. Wondering if their "solar" is a more like a light grey?

I have the 9" black gradient on my 08 SG. I still get a little buffeting but it is 100% better than the stock POS. This is the best and cheapest mod I have done to my bike! As soon as this shield gets to scratch up, I am trying the Klock Werks

It is a light grey, just enough to knock down sun glare, but not dark enough to hinder night riding.

It showed up today , so he's some pics.
This is the Memphis Shades model MEP8131 gradient black 15" shield.
I bought it to try to hide the large single Harley windshield pouch and for more wind protection.

Front view hides the pouch pretty good.

Doesn't look as dark from the rear.

Edge could be a bit cleaner or smoother , but the price was right.
Impressed with the thickness , and clarity for it's thickness.
The gradient is about 2.5" high at the edges and 3.5" in the middle.
The inletting (oval slots) are well machined and clean looking.
Pretty good for about $89.00 shipped.
