You can't get there through the UserCP. If you look farther over on that blue bar. There is a link to Garage If you click on that then it says at the top, Your garage is currently empty, (If you have not figured it out yet I guess! LOL)

Would you like to add a new vehicle?

Click on the link and you can add there.
I just figured it out just now myself!

Its in the blue header bar on the top of the page. Click garage and add vehicle

Hey...the mods took out my lawnmower! Oh well...I guess it's just for cars and bikes. No use adding all the other crap I have in my garage.

I tried the "fuel my vehicle" option. It calculated my MPG. I guess I can track that now? Could be a cool feature.
