This is one of the things that has made the 09s so attractive to some of the guys with older bikes. A lot of them believe the new frame has done wonders for the wobble, combine that with the new tread, it makes for better handling all around....
unless you got an early '09 with the cup-prone D407F front tire - sneaky HD had Duncrap change the tread direction later. Mine is so bad it will need to be replaced next week @ 10K - sorry excuse for front tire milelage. You can bet I'm going to pitch a bitch at the dealer.
Agree the tires are likely the problem. One thing I love about my '03 RG is I can set the cruise and take both hands off the bars - she'll ride straight, no wobble.
