In the 5, 10, and 15% throttle column and the 2000, 2250, 2500, 2750, and 3000 rows, I changed all the ATR's to 14.2. Are these all the boxes I need to adjust for better mileage?

You've hit the "cruise range" spot-on, IMO, and that's where I've made most of my changes. If you have installed an oil cooler you can lean your AFR's even more without creating excessive head and oil temps. See attached table for my current TAFR settings with the SE255 cams. These cams are not as tolerant of lean AFR's as the stocker, and I had the stock setup set to 14.7:1 without any issues at all.

I have only used "Accept Trims" only once, and that was to establish a rich base map from which to start after doing a cam upgrade. I used the Target AFR tables that Fuel Moto provided, which are richer than the one shown below. One of the best features of the PCV is the map switch, giving you the option of switching between two maps (basic PCV) or the base map and AT (PCV-AT). With the latter you can use a relatively rich base map for optimum cooling and set the Target AFR tables leaner in the cruise range for best gas mileage. When the going gets hot in summer traffic just flip the switch and you're in the cooler base map. Get moving again and switch back to economy mode. This is a feature too few PCV owners are taking advantage of, IMO.

Using this strategy my gas mileage is near-stock (up to 50mpg) and power is impressive with the SE255 cams, FM AC, and DT Jackpot mufflers. This is a great combo, IMO.

Bob,
You mentioned you've only accepted the trims once. I've accepted them three times since installing AT and enabling it. I've been surprised to see such large changes each time I looked at the trims and accepted them. Should I not be accepting trims more then once? Whats your take on this, Thx, Rich

I don't think there's anything inherently wrong with accepting trims, but I really don't see an advantage to it either unless you want to save a map for use on another bike. You could auto-tune your setup, accept trims, and use it as a base map on another like-equipped bike with a basic (non-AT) PCV. The PCV-AT can auto-tune any map you install, regardless of its inaccuracy, but a close base map will AT quicker. I see no advantage to accepting trims repeatedly, but maybe Jamie will see this and tell me why we might want to do it . IMO once it trims there is no advantage in accepting the trims. For example if you have 10 in the base map with a -10 trim, it looks the same to the PCV as a 0 and a 0 (both 10-10 and 0-0 equal 0). It's just that a close base map will trim faster than an inaccurate one.

Like I said, when I made my cam swap two months ago I set the Target AFR tables back to FM's richer settings to establish a cooler-running map for use with the map-switch function, and after riding through all ranges over a day's ride I accepted the trims to establish that rich base map. I then set my lean target AFR's and the trims were created to meet those new lean specs. It didn't take long to establish the trims either time, and now I can switch between the rich base map (which never changes) to AT (which is constantly auto-tuning to my leaner specs).
