IMHO Don't use Armor-all - over a short time it will turn your plastic gray when you don't use it.
I used 303 Aerospace protectant from a local auto supply house. This stuff is an acrylic, dry's hard - and doesn't need constant re-apply's.
Of course the best thing to do is paint it! That's what I did and I never need to bother with that stuff again!
+2 on the 303 - this stuff can be found at most boat supply stores too. I use to use 303 on my Mustang at car shows and it worked great.
Aerospace 303 is the best stuff. It is designed to protect boat interiors from the elements. I put the stuff on everything rubber or plastic and it makes it look new. You will love it on your seat. I got if for my convertible top, but found that it works great for interiors as well.
DON'T use armorall, it will just attract dust. I just wipe it down with a towel when washing the bike. Over spray from washing the bike gets it wet enough to keep it clean. I will use a leaf blower on it to remove the water in small crevices.
Hmmm...never had a concern about the inner fairing. Just soap and water and let it dry. Dust it with a California duster if it gets pollen on it. I'd never use Amor-all on that surface unless you want to turn it into a greasy dust magnet.
