You got it right, the part that faces you. Fairly new to this bike so wanted to dress it up a bit and wasn't sure what to use.. Armorall huh? ok i think i can do that.. thanks
IMHO Don't use Armor-all - over a short time it will turn your plastic gray when you don't use it.
I used 303 Aerospace protectant from a local auto supply house. This stuff is an acrylic, dry's hard - and doesn't need constant re-apply's.
Of course the best thing to do is paint it! That's what I did and I never need to bother with that stuff again!
DON'T use armorall, it will just attract dust. I just wipe it down with a towel when washing the bike. Over spray from washing the bike gets it wet enough to keep it clean. I will use a leaf blower on it to remove the water in small crevices.
