Default Road glide handlebars

I know I know. Horse beaten to death. But I am going to spend some money so I want to make sure.

I am going to buy the heritage bars to replace the stock ones and I just want to make sure that they will fit without any cable extenters.

Also does anyone have any pictures of how to do the swap?

Thanks,

Scotty

heritage bars fit fine, that was my first set, I didn't like em at ALL. Now have Khrome Werks Street Sweepers +2, much better pullback and comfortable wrist angle

Here is a comparison shot between stock bars and the Heritage bars.

The installation is quite simple. The manual is quite clear on it too.

Just got the Heratige bars. About 3/4" wider on each side and about 1.5" higher and 1.5" more pullback. All stock cables used, but dealer put them on while they were doing other upgrrades for me. Love them so far. Doing about 1100 miles over 4 days this weekend through the mountains, so I'll know more about love vs hate soon! Can't imaging not liking them since they solved two of my main problems. Can lean into my backrest now and can lock my forks again with aftermarket mirrors.

Thumbs up

But seriously now I just put a set of heritage bars on my RG this past weekend and so far am happy with how they turned out. Had no issues as far as the bar installation.
