Your kit is known as a "stroker kit" because the stroke of the flywheel assembly was increased. Your bike started out as an 88" engine, which used a 4" stoke flywheel. The stroker kit that was installed was a new 4 3/8" flywheel assembly along with a larger bore cylinder (3 7/8").
The '07 and later bikes with the 96" engine already come with the 4 3/8" flywheel.
It means you will have a lot more fun with it than an 88 engine.
Is it the full stage 5 kit or just parts of it?
Stage 5 would include cam, SE heads, Compression release valves, HC pistons, HD clutch spring etc.
