BadPiggy thanks for the information. Yours looks good. I am pretty handy and have all the tools you listed. I was heisitant on doing it myself as I am **** about perfection but if the chromer will smooth out the rest of the leg then what the hell I'll give it a try.

I had Chromemasters shave mine off before they chromed my lower legs. I prefer it gone but thats just me. I think it was $30 extra for them to shave it, and I figured they had more experience at it than me and I didn't want to have to buy another used set of lower legs after I screwed it up

with a 6 piston caliper and my 11" rotor my stopping power pretty much equals what it was in stock form. If you want even BETTER braking, step up to a 13" rotor and caliper setup.

just curious as to what you are basing your opinion on? mine stops just as well as it did before.
