I have done this before, so I am not Holy-er than thou. I have seen other large bagger bikes, Harley's, Kaws, whatever get dropped. But I noticed it seems we all have a few common things that happen, and you don't realize it.
First you make the fastest exit off the thing ever.
While doing that you swear a few times, if not verbally, you mind is thinking those seven words George Carlin said.
You look around to see if anyone noticed your dumb move. You rush and try to get it up yourself while looking around to spot gloaters and the amused.
You get back on and look around again to see if anyone is laughing and you get the hell out of there in a hurry.
Then you ride with a huge mixed bag of emotions....what did I do wrong, with Carlin's 7 words you can't say on tv on your mind.
Then you pull in somewhere away from the drop to look over the bike for damage, still pissed at yourself.
When someone comes over to ask if something is wrong, you say no, just checking it out ...thinking "get the hell away from me".
Does any of this seem familiar? When it happens to me, the bike isnt down for 10 seconds.
